Quick Staff UK are recruiting for a Machine Operator to join an established manufacturing business based in the BS15 area of Bristol. This is a permanent opportunity with long-term stability, training across multiple machines, and excellent earning potential. If you’ve got machine operating experience and want a role with progression and an early Friday finish — this could be ideal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure smooth output
- Set up, adjust and maintain machines during production runs
- Carry out quality checks and inspections on finished products
- Troubleshoot minor machine faults and keep production running
- Complete production logs and records accurately
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment
- Work towards daily production targets as part of a team
Key Requirements:
- Previous machine operating or production experience
- Good attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Team player with a proactive attitude
- Willingness to learn and train on multiple machines
- Physically fit and able to stand for periods of time
Hours of Work:
- Monday – Thursday: 07:30 – 15:30
- Friday: 07:30 – 13:30
- 38 hours per week (early finish every Friday)
Pay & Benefits:
- £25,114 p.a.
- Permanent role
