Quick Staff UK is currently recruiting for a Laboratory Technician / Laboratory Assistant to join one of our established food manufacturing clients in Haverfordwest. This assignment has the potential to become a permanent role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous laboratory experience, including students (aged 18+) who are looking to apply the knowledge gained during their studies in a real working laboratory environment. Key Responsibilities: Testing raw materials used within food production Carrying out product quality testing Recording and reporting test results accurately Preparing samples for analysis Maintaining laboratory cleanliness and following strict hygiene procedures Following laboratory procedures and food safety standards Supporting the wider Quality team as required. Full training will be provided on the company's systems and testing procedures. Working Hours: 6am - 1.30pm 8am-4.30pm 11.30am-8pm (Monday to Friday Rotating weekly) Flexibility to work all three shifts is essential. Key Requirements: Have previous laboratory experience (essential) Have a keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills Can follow procedures accurately and record results clearly Are reliable, motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team Have an interest in science, food technology or laboratory-based work Are aged 18 or over.
