Quick Staff UK is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our small, friendly team and help us take the business to the next level.
This is a proper all-round recruitment role.
You'll be looking after existing temporary contracts, filling permanent vacancies, developing our current clients and getting out there and winning new business.
We already have established clients and plenty to build on.
What we need is someone with the drive and personality to help us grow further.
What will you be doing?
You'll have a varied role, including
- Managing and growing existing temporary recruitment contracts
- Recruiting and onboarding temporary workers
- Filling permanent vacancies across a range of sectors
- Building great relationships with clients and candidates
- Developing existing accounts and spotting new opportunities
- Proactively winning new clients and vacancies
- Making sales calls, arranging client meetings and following up leads
- Getting out to meet prospective and existing clients
- Managing vacancies from initial brief through to successful placement
- Working with the team to make sure we continue delivering a great service
