Electrical Engineer

Quick Staff UK is recruiting for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a busy manufacturing facility in Swanley, Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong electrical background looking to join a fast-paced, high-performing engineering team. Key Responsibilities * Electrical fault finding and repairs across production equipment * Working from electrical diagrams and ensuring safe and efficient operations * Supporting machine performance, efficiency, and minimal downtime * Collaborating with a small engineering team and taking initiative where required * Maintaining health and safety standards and accurate documentation Key Requirements * Recognised electrical/engineering qualification or completed apprenticeship * Confident with 3-phase (440V) systems and fault diagnosis * Able to interpret electrical drawings * Good communication skills and basic computer literacy * Desirable: experience with PLCs and drive systems Hours of Work Week One: Monday and Tuesday: 6:00am to 4:00pm Wednesday and Thursday 6.00am to 2.00pm Friday 6.00am to 12.00pm Week Two: Monday and Tuesday: 2:00pm to 10:00pm Wednesday and Thursday 12.00pm to 10.00pm Friday 12.00pm to 6.00pm. *8-hour shifts*No weekend working* Benefits: * 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays * Company pension & life insurance after 3 months * Subsidised private medical insurance after probation * Sick pay * On-site parking * Staff discount & wellbeing support programme Quick Staff UK is a nationwide recruitment agency with specialist teams across various industries.
