Quick Staff UK is recruiting for an experienced Solderer to join a well-established electronics manufacturer based in Cwmbran. This is a hands-on electronics production role, and previous soldering experience is essential. The position is long-term with the potential to become permanent after 13 weeks. Key Responsibilities: Soldering electronic components and PCB boards Carrying out accurate hand soldering to required quality standards Working with small electronic components Inspecting completed soldering work for quality Identifying and reporting defects or issues Following work instructions and production procedures Maintaining a clean and organised work area Applicants must have previous soldering experience, ideally within an electronics or PCB manufacturing environment. Key Requirements: Previous soldering experience Good hand-to-eye coordination and manual dexterity Excellent attention to detail Confidence working with small components The ability to produce consistent, high-quality soldering work A quality-focused approach Good reliability and attendance Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday 7:00am - 4:30pm Every Friday off!
