We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established outsourced telesales organisation that supports businesses across the UK in building strong, consistent sales pipelines. With clients spanning multiple sectors, this is an opportunity to work on varied campaigns rather than selling the same product day in, day out.
If you’re looking for a long-term career in telesales — not just another job — this could be the perfect fit. This role will become permanent after an initial 13-week period of weekly pay. Although this is a fully remote opportunity, the ideal candidate will be based in the Cheshire or Staffordshire areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Outbound B2B lead generation
- Telemarketing and appointment setting
- B2C lead generation campaigns (where required)
- End-to-end sales for IT and Telecoms contracts
- Database cleansing and data building
- Working across multiple sectors including Professional Services, Business Consultancy, IT, Tech and Telecoms
- Achieving agreed KPIs and realistic performance targets
- Minimum 12 months’ successful outbound B2B telesales experience
- Confident, direct and professional sales approach
- Proven ability to hit performance targets
- Good standard of education including GCSE English & Maths
- Strong computer and internet literacy
- Telecoms and/or IT sales experience (desirable but not essential)
- Suitable home working environment with reliable broadband (unlimited data package required)
Equipment including a VoIP phone and laptop will be provided.
