We are looking for a hands-on Production Shift Manager to lead performance on shift and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This isn't just about keeping production running; it's about raising standards, developing people, and improving results every day.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Take ownership of shift performance (output, quality, safety, delivery)
- Lead, coach and develop supervisors and production teams
- Plan labour effectively to meet daily production targets
- Monitor performance in real-time and solve problems before they escalate
- Drive continuous improvement using data and shop floor insight
- Maintain high standards in quality, safety and housekeeping
- Deliver clear, structured shift handovers and reporting
