As Focaccia Mia is expanding, as are our roles !! We are looking for a food enthusiast with a vibrant and upbeat personality to welcome our customers

Responsibilities

  • . You will be the front line of making sure operation at a customer and online delivery level is ran to a professional and consistent standard!
  • Must be available every weekend! FULL TIME AVAILABLE. A high level of Front of House and management experience is necessary, especially working within food service.

• Level 2 Food Hygiene & Safety is MANDATORY!

  • 2 year of FOH experience minimum
  • Daily stock checks pre and post service
  • Packing all orders (walk-ins)
  • Taking orders, payments
  • Keeping on top of all orders and making sure they are all packed correctly
  • Be able to perform refunds and any queries customers may have
  • Knowledge of allergens
  • FOH: 2 years (preferred)
  • Be able to multitask at busy times (taking and packing orders)
