Responsibilities
- . You will be the front line of making sure operation at a customer and online delivery level is ran to a professional and consistent standard!
- Must be available every weekend! FULL TIME AVAILABLE. A high level of Front of House and management experience is necessary, especially working within food service.
- Level 2 Food Hygiene & Safety is MANDATORY!
- 2 year of FOH experience minimum
- Daily stock checks pre and post service
- Packing all orders (walk-ins)
- Taking orders, payments
- Keeping on top of all orders and making sure they are all packed correctly
- Be able to perform refunds and any queries customers may have
- Knowledge of allergens
- FOH: 2 years (preferred)
- Be able to multitask at busy times (taking and packing orders)
