Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide menu recommendations.
- Prepare and serve sandwiches, coffee, and drinks to company standards.
- Process transactions accurately and upsell where appropriate.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in FOH and kitchen areas.
- Rotate and store products correctly to ensure freshness and compliance.
- Support colleagues to keep service smooth and efficient.
We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in hospitality (essential).
- Experienced in deli, food production, or barista roles (advantageous).
- A natural host who enjoys interacting with customers.
- Friendly, confident, and outgoing with excellent communication skills.
- Well presented, with strong spoken and written English.
- Energetic, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
