Quick Release Consultants deliver varied and complex engagements for companies aiming to bring new technology to market faster and more efficiently. Every project is different, and our consultants leverage judgment and expertise to solve a broad range of clients\\\’ challenges. Projects usually begin with a diagnostic and often rapidly scale into larger hands-on, cross-functional deployments, blending analytics and reporting with project management and software implementation. The Challenge
- Work with clients to develop deep insights into people, processes, systems and data to complete diagnostics and reporting
- Develop strong relationships and become a trusted and knowledgeable advisor to clients
- Shape solutions, propose project plans and support cross-functional resources to deliver outcomes
- Support deployments and development of our technical/software tools and solutions
- Collaborate with senior consultants to shape the future strategy of the Consultancy division through internal initiatives
- Time spent on-site with clients is valuable, so travel is an important part of the role. Local travel is preferred, with return home on Friday evenings when possible. Monthly Friday workshops are held at our London offices to review projects and connect with the team
Requirements
- A first-class or high 2:1 bachelor\\\’s degree, master\\\’s degree or PhD in any discipline (not required to be STEM)
- Strong project and people management skills, with the drive to take on responsibility and genuinely improve outcomes for people and planet
- Strong communication skills, self-awareness and emotional intelligence; you enjoy helping people
- Strong data skills: the ability to make sense of complexity and present compelling data-driven stories that resonate with stakeholders
- Confidence and resilience to learn from mistakes and keep pushing forwards when plans change
- Genuine curiosity and drive to be the best, make a difference and drive change for people and planet
