With more new and exciting projects in development, Quick Release are seeking to strengthen our consultancy team at Senior and Lead Consultant Levels, and we're welcoming applications from experienced Management Consultants and Senior Technical Project Managers who are looking for a new and rewarding challenge. Quick Release's team of consultants deliver varied, complex and impactful engagements for companies (including many small businesses and start-ups) who are looking to get their new technology to market quicker and more efficiently.

Usually starting with a diagnostic, projects very often rapidly scale-up into much larger hands-on, cross-functional deployments, and we take great pride in our ability to provide the knowledge, resources and digital tools to make a real, lasting difference to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Work with clients to develop a deep insight into people, process, system and data, to complete diagnostics and reporting
  • Develop strong relationships and become a trusted and knowledgeable advisor to clients
  • Shape solutions, prepare and oversee project plans and manage cross-functional and cross-business resources to deliver desired outcomes
  • Support deployments and development of our technical/software tools and solutions
  • Identify opportunities to evolve client accounts with future service and product offerings
  • Attend and host regular washups and knowledge shares with other consultants
  • Manage, develop and mentor analysts and consultants and contribute to QR's Knowledge Base
  • Support (QR internal) business improvement projects and initiatives

Most projects will have a requirement to be on-site for part of the working week. Our business units are split by region and team members are deployed within that region (unless by special arrangement). We also connect in regular Friday workshops in our Moorgate office.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of consulting expertise, scoping and leading client-facing engagements
  • Strong project management and people leadership skills, inspiring trust and confidence from clients and teammates alike
  • In depth knowledge of how complex products and parts are designed, developed and released across mobility (automotive/aerospace/rail) or tech hardware sectors
  • Exceptional professional written and verbal communication skills; you can walk and talk with manufacturing, technical and business contacts
  • Strong data skills - able to demonstrate the ability to present data-driven stories and solutions that stakeholders will buy into
  • The ability to effectively manage and use the peaks and troughs of activity and down-time with Agile project delivery
  • The confidence and resilience to learn from mistakes- to get back up and try again or keep pushing forwards when things aren't going to plan
  • Genuine curiosity and drive to be the best, make a difference and drive change for people and planet

Benefits

  • Base salary between £51,660 and £58,045 with a 10% bonus for Consultant level
  • Base salary between £70,960 and £79,731 with a 12% bonus for Lead Consultant level
