Join a dynamic team working at the heart of enterprise transformation and business integration. You’ll collaborate closely with clients to deeply understand their end-to-end processes, data flows, and system integrations - identifying opportunities to drive efficiency, clarity, and strategic value.
As part of a project team, you will:
- Solve complex business problems by translating ambiguous challenges into structured requirements, options, and actionable solutions.
- Map and improve cross-functional processes, ensuring alignment between systems (e.g., PLM, ERP, MES) and business objectives.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions, challenging thinking constructively to uncover integration pain points and opportunities.
- Own defined workstreams within transformation programmes, connecting business intent to system and data implications.
- Develop and document clear process flows, requirements, and data models that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Act as a trusted advisor, bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.
- Support the deployment and evolution of our technical tools and solutions, ensuring they align with broader enterprise goals.
- Contribute to internal initiatives, from team building and knowledge sharing to innovation labs and CSR activities.
Location and flexibility: Working arrangements are led by client requirements, with some being flexible and others requiring you to be on site up to 5 days per week. Our business units are split by region and team members are deployed within that region (unless by special arrangement).
We’re looking for candidates with a blend of foundational delivery skills and enterprise transformation mindset:
- Foundational Capability
- 2+ years of experience delivering data-led projects, ideally within engineering, manufacturing, or technology sectors (e.g., PDM/PLM, ERP, MES).
- Proven ability to document processes, requirements, and data flows clearly and concisely.
- Comfort working with multiple stakeholders, understanding how your work fits into wider programmes.
- Strong written and verbal communication, tailored to both technical and business audiences.
- Experience turning ambiguous business problems into structured requirements and actionable options.
- Ability to map end-to-end processes across functions, identifying integration points and pain areas.
- Awareness of upstream/downstream systems (e.g., PLM, ERP, MES) and their impact on business operations.
- Confidence facilitating workshops and constructively challenging stakeholders to drive alignment.
- Ownership of workstreams within transformation programmes, linking business goals to system/data implications.
- Ability to think in terms of operating models, governance, and roadmaps - not just tool configuration.
- A client-facing mindset, acting as a credible analyst who understands both business needs and technical constraints.
Education: A first-class or high 2.1 bachelor’s degree, master’s, or PhD in any discipline (STEM preferable).
Mindset:
- Driven to make an impact - determined to solve problems, drive change, and deliver value for clients and colleagues.
- Curious and structured - able to navigate complexity and present data-driven insights that resonate with stakeholders.
- Collaborative and adaptable - thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
Benefits:
- £38,000–£60,000 starting salary dependant on experience, plus performance-based rewards and benefits.
- A supportive, diverse, and talented team with a people-first culture and real-world impact.
- Extensive training and development, including mentorship and career progression based on merit.
- Variety in projects, clients, and locations, with opportunities for UK, European, and global travel.
- Choice of career pathways, from technical specialisation to leadership roles.
- Team events, sports clubs, CSR initiatives, and direct access to leadership for your ideas.
- The skills and experience to ensure you’re always in demand, wherever your career takes you.
This role isn’t just about configuring tools, it’s about shaping how businesses integrate systems, data, and processes to drive transformation. If you’re passionate about solving complex problems, bridging gaps between teams, and delivering tangible results, we’d love to hear from you.
