Join our fantastic team in Eccles, Manchester! The Training Coordinator will play a key role in coordinating and managing training courses for Quick Reach clients, including but not limited to IPAF, PASMA, NPORS, RITIB, and similar certifications.This role involves working closely with both internal and external trainers to ensure seamless scheduling and delivery of training programs. The Training Coordinator will also assist in building our \”Quick Training\” division, working directly with the directors on potential new training courses and revenue streams.In return you will receive a competitive salary (DOE), enrolment in the company pension scheme and 23 days holiday (+bank holidays).We are an equal opportunities employer, committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace where all individuals are valued and respected.Key Responsibilities: Training Course Coordination: Arrange and coordinate training courses with external and internal trainers/training companies for Quick Reach clients.Ensure timely communication and scheduling for training programs, including IPAF, PASMA, NPORS, RITIB, and similar courses.
Training Revenue & Scheduling: Assist in building and optimising training revenue by effectively scheduling courses for key clients.Collaborate with the external sales team to arrange and coordinate training requirements for their key clients.
Client Database Management: Manage and maintain databases of client training requirements, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Trainer Booking Management: Manage the bookings of employed trainers (both external and internal) to ensure effective utilisation of resources.
Building the Training Division: Support the directors in growing the Quick Training division within Quick Reach.Contribute ideas and suggestions for new training courses that have potential revenue streams.
Collaboration with Directors: Work closely with Quick Reach directors to explore and implement new training opportunities that align with company goals.
Ideal Candidate will have: Strong organisational and coordination skills.Experience in training coordination or a related field.Familiarity with training courses such as IPAF, PASMA, NPORS, and RITIB is a plus.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders.Proficiency in using databases and scheduling tools.Why Join Quick Reach?
