We are looking for a Finance Assistant.

As a Finance Assistant we are looking for somebody that is very flexible, has excellent customer service skills and understands the importance of credit control within an organisation.

- Open new Sales and Purchase Accounts on Sage
- Cross check Credit Safe on a daily basis with our Sales Accounts
- Investigate credit requests and follow through to authorisation
- Assist with purchase ledger entry and queries
- Understand and be able to cover the credit control of the Sales Ledger over holiday periods
- Be able to take Credit Card payments online.

Person Specification
The ideal candidate will
- Be passionate about customer service
- Have a prior knowledge of Sage 50 and Excel
- Be able to converse effectively with customers and colleagues
- Have previous credit control experience
- Have an ability to work well within a team
