IAA/OISC Level 1 Caseworker

Authorised by the Immigration Advice Authority (formerly OISC) at Level 1, we are looking to expand our team by welcoming an experienced Level 1 Immigration Caseworker.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an IAA/OISC Level 1 accredited Immigration Caseworker to join our growing team. The role is exclusively office based. You will manage a varied caseload, providing advice, preparing and submitting visa and immigration applications and supporting clients with their immigration needs. All work will be carried out under the supervision of a highly experienced IAA Level 3 Adviser. The position involves client interaction, basic legal research and staying updated on UK immigration laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on straightforward immigration matters
• Prepare, review and submit visa and immigration applications
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with the team while managing your workload independently

Qualifications & Experience:

• IAA (OISC) Level 1 accreditation (desirable)
• Self-starter with strong organisational skills
• Ability to work independently
• File management experience and awareness of compliance duties
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Multilingual abilities (e.g. Urdu, Mirpuri, Punjabi, Hindi, etc.) are advantageous
