This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with immediate start dates and competitive pay ranging from $21 to $26 per hour, based on experience and skill level. We are looking for candidates with hands-on experience in metal finishing, grinding, sanding, deburring, polishing, and surface prep. The ideal candidate has worked in a manufacturing, automotive, fabrication, welding, or production environment and understands how to complete finish work that meets quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Perform metal finishing, grinding, sanding, and surface blending on parts
  • Remove burrs, rough edges, weld marks, scratches, or surface imperfections
  • Use hand grinders, DA sanders, die grinders, flap wheels, buffers, and related tools
  • Prepare parts for inspection, paint, coating, or final production
  • Follow safety procedures and use proper PPE
  • Inspect finished work to ensure parts meet quality expectations
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Work as part of a fast-paced manufacturing team
Requirements
  • Previous metal finishing, grinding, sanding, or fabrication experience required
  • Experience with finish grinding or surface blending strongly preferred
  • Ability to use grinders and hand tools safely and accurately
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a manufacturing environment
