We are a fast-growing group of fintech and automotive finance brands based in Bournemouth, and we are looking for an exceptional Social Media Manager to own and grow our digital presence across multiple brands.

This isn’t a tick-box content job. We want someone who thinks strategically, creates content that actually converts, and builds brand identities people trust and engage with. We will pay well for the right person — experience matters, not age.

The Brands You’ll Work With:

  • Quick Car Finance — UK car finance for all credit types
  • Clever Warranty — vehicle warranty products
  • Plus additional brands in the fintech and subscription management space

What You’ll Own:

  • Full Facebook & Instagram management across all brands — strategy, content, scheduling, community management and paid social oversight
  • Building YouTube channels from the ground up — scripting, coordinating production, publishing and growing subscribers
  • Creating short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style) that drives real engagement
  • Developing distinct brand voices and visual identities for each business
  • Reporting on performance and translating data into strategy adjustments
  • Working closely with the founder to align content with growth goals

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven track record managing multiple social accounts simultaneously — show us the numbers
  • Strong understanding of Meta’s advertising ecosystem
  • Video content creation skills — comfortable on camera, comfortable behind it, or both
  • Someone who follows trends but doesn’t chase them blindly
  • Self-starter who can manage their own workload without hand-holding
  • Portfolio of work is essential — we’ll be looking at this closely

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience in financial services, automotive or regulated industries
  • Familiarity with tools like CapCut, Canva Pro, Later, Metricool or similar
  • Previous agency-side experience managing multiple client accounts

What We Offer:

  • £35,000–£50,000 depending on experience (we’ll pay more for exceptional)
  • Remote, office, or hybrid — we don’t care where you work. We care about results.
  • Real creative ownership — this isn’t a role where everything goes through ten layers of approval
  • A growing business portfolio where your work will have visible, measurable impact
  • Opportunity to build a team around you as the brands scale

How to Apply:

Email — but don’t just send a CV and hope for the best. Get my attention. That’s your first test. However you choose to do it — a great cover note, a video, a voice message, a deck — make me stop scrolling. Show me you understand what this role is before you’ve even started it. If you have a portfolio, send it. If you have accounts you’ve grown, link them. If you’ve got results, show the numbers.

No Formal Experience? Read This.

If you’re younger, self-taught, or just haven’t had the corporate job yet — but you KNOW you’re good — we still want to hear from you. Skip the CV. Instead, show us what you’d do. Here’s your brief: pretend you’ve just been hired today. Show us what your first 5 days would look like for Quick Car Finance. What content would you create? What would you fix? What does Day 1 look like vs Day 5? Present it however you want — a Google Doc, a video, a Canva deck, a voice note, mock posts — we don’t care about the format. We care about the quality of the thinking. If it blows us away, we’ll talk salary. Age is irrelevant. Results aren’t. Email — Subject line: DAY ONE. Good luck.
