We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Lead Consultant to join a leading Microsoft Partner. Working closely with clients and stakeholders to understand the business requirements, you will lead the delivery of Dynamics 365 F&O implementations to provide effective business solutions. The role provides you with the opportunity to support our EMEA clients in addressing business challenges, alongside helping to build a successful team.
Overall responsibilities include:
- Conduct business analysis and gather functional requirements from clients.
- Design and configure Dynamics 365 Finance solutions to meet client needs.
- Develop and test detailed functional designs for business solution components.
- Supervise application build, test, and deployment activities.
- Plan and execute data conversion activities.
- Provide key user training and go-live support.
- Conduct post-go-live process improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with Global & cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
- Manage EMEA project documentation and templates.
- Optimise processes and conduct team-building activities.
- Work with EMEA Director & Global F&O Practice Director to develop EMEA practice.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (D365F&O)
- Bachelor\’s degree in business administration, Finance or a related field
- Ability to lead meetings and workshop, and confidently present to the C-Suite
- A client centric approach with emphasis on client satisfaction
- Ability to lead, mentor & develop more junior consultants for a successful outcome
- Occasional travel may be required.
