Job Brief: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Healthcare Analyst with expertise in Erwin, Microsoft Azure, and SQL to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry and a strong understanding of healthcare data analysis.
Roles:
- Conduct data analysis using various tools and technologies such as Erwin, Microsoft Azure, and SQL.
- Develop and maintain data models to support healthcare analytics initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze healthcare data.
- Identify trends and patterns in healthcare data to improve decision-making processes.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive business outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in healthcare analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement data models for healthcare analytics projects.
- Extract, transform, and load data from various sources for analysis.
- Perform data analysis using statistical methods and machine learning techniques.

Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare informatics, data science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare data analysis.
- Proficiency in Erwin data modeling, Microsoft Azure cloud services, and SQL database management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
