About the Role
We are looking to recruit an Intelligence Analyst within our Legal Services Division. Analysts will utilise a wide range of data sources to gather key pieces of intelligence, appropriately contextualise data, and ensure findings are clearly articulated. They will also assist in identifying avenues to take investigations forward while ensuring compliance with legislation and correct positioning for the target audience.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of Insurance claims and principles
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Good IT competency and literacy
- Demonstrate personal and professional integrity and lead by example
- Ability to work and contribute positively as part of a team and in isolation
- Ability to work accurately under pressure, adhering to deadlines and service standards
- Intelligence or analytical qualification (e.g., NIM, NIAT, i2) or equivalent
- Thorough and up-to-date knowledge of intelligence tools, databases and handling procedures
- Minimum 3 years intelligence or data analysis experience, ideally in a similar role or environment
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a high level of technical quality and service delivery
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Participate positively and constructively as a team member, sharing knowledge and providing feedback
- Interrogate a wide range of data sources and systems as part of routine duties
- Identify key attractors, pattern behaviour and data trends
- Work in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring efficiency and profitability for QuestGates
- Manage workload as a confident self‑starter and adapt flexibly to client needs
- Present key intelligence findings through written reports and presentations, including to external stakeholders when required
- Produce alert bulletins and reports to assist clients in managing risk and establishing market visibility
- Produce evidential statements, applying a methodical and thorough approach to analysis and data management
- Seek further information from clients as needed, while adhering to relevant legislation on data sharing
- Support automated, semi‑automated and AI‑based solutions in the intelligence space
- Promote and support the TCF principles
- Ensure adherence to contractual/Client SLA’s and KPI’s
- Be accountable for satisfactory resolution of any issues
