We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join our team! The Marketing Manager plays a critical role in the timely and successful execution of the group’s events in Europe and beyond. Working across our Life Sciences & Healthcare, and Experiential Tech Events, this role will be a fundamental part in establishing key brands in Europe and Asia as we build a strong portfolio in this geography.
As our Marketing Manager, you’ll support Questex’s success by:
- Executing on messaging/marketing for audience conversion with support from the Marketing Director (copywriting, email marketing, website UX, third-party associations/barters/media brands, advocacy marketing, PR, etc.)
- Working with the internal design team to ensure all marketing communications on all platforms are in alignment with brand positioning.
- Working with the COE (Centre of Excellence) performance marketing team to achieve best practice marketing.
- Producing data analysis of marketing campaigns for strategic growth of events, conferences and award programs, including benchmarking for attendees and revenues.
- Working with the Marketing Director on campaign schedules and plans, including collaborating with content and production to align campaign milestones.
- Working with the sales team by providing appropriate tools, materials and presentations that help them meet their sales objectives, including supporting the sales team with projects, programs, sponsorships and email campaigns.
- Aiding sales retention and audience engagement through supporting the fulfillment of sponsor contracts.
- Traveling and attending events and/or meetings as required.

- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Preferred experience in HTML, Adobe Photoshop and marketing automation software or email service providers.
- Strong knowledge of the entire Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
Your Experience and Education include:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in the events and media space.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from £40,000-£45,000.00 and a revenue incentive plan (RIP). Salary offers are based on a broad scope of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market, geographic and organizational factors are also considered.
