This is a hybrid role with the opportunity to work in our London office 2–3 days a week or as a remote role in the UK if the candidate is not in proximity to our London office.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team! The Marketing Coordinator plays a critical role in the timely and successful execution of the group’s events in Europe and beyond. Working across our Life Sciences & Healthcare, and Experiential Tech Events, this role will be a fundamental part in establishing key brands in Europe and Asia as we build a strong portfolio in this geography.

As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll support Questex’s success by:

  • Supporting audience and digital marketing managers in execution of the campaigns and activities they own across the portfolio of events and audience engagement.
  • Updating websites with the latest content and copy, ensuring the websites are optimised for UX and conversion.
  • Setting up, testing and executing segmented emails, social media, advocacy marketing and referrals.
  • Working with the internal design team to ensure all marketing communications on all platforms are in alignment with brand positioning.
  • Working with the COE (Centre of Excellence) performance marketing team to achieve best practice marketing.
  • Aiding sales retention and audience engagement through supporting the fulfilment of sponsor contracts across website, event app, email, social media and press engagement.
  • Travelling and attending events and/or meetings as required.

What we will love about your background:

  • Proven project management and excellent time management skills are required.
  • Attention to detail; diligent, proactive, organized, accountable, analytical, highly motivated team player, with strong project management skills.
  • Quick learner of new technologies, tools and processes, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth work environment while managing numerous projects under tight deadlines.
  • Preferred experience in HTML, Adobe Photoshop and marketing automation software or email service providers.
  • Strong knowledge of the entire Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.

Your Experience and Education include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a client/customer-facing role preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal skills.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from £25,000-£30,000.00. Salary offers are based on a broad scope of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market, geographic and organizational factors are also considered.
