Position Overview
Within the digital team, you will contribute to the effective management, technical optimization and performance of the company's websites, ensuring they support our brand, marketing campaigns and global footprint. You act as the bridge between marketing, IT and external partners to guarantee a smooth, secure, high‑performance and geo‑optimized web presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure the smooth technical operation of various websites (anomaly detection, performance monitoring, reporting).
- Assist with content integration and localization (text, images, videos, products, etc.) on the web platform for marketing and regional campaigns.
- Develop and assist in creating landing pages to support marketing campaigns and GEO‑targeted efforts.
- Efficiently manage and prioritize technical incidents and requests using Jira (or similar ticketing system), ensuring clear communication, timely resolution, or proper escalation.
- Implement technical SEO corrections (tags, redirects, structure, performance, indexing) and integrate GEO best‑practices (structured data) in collaboration with our SEO expert.
Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to the evolution of our web platforms by researching and advocating for new technologies, tools, and best practices.
- Participate in QA testing for new features, site migrations, and platform updates.
- Drive initiatives to enhance website quality, user experience, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Qualifications
- Degree in web, digital, or IT (Bachelor's to Master's degree level, depending on the specific role).
- Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in a hands‑on webmaster, web operations, or front‑end developer role, managing corporate websites.
- CMS Expertise: strong hands‑on experience across multiple professional CMS platforms, with a particular focus on Webflow, and solid proficiency in WordPress (Strapi and other similar solutions are a plus).
- Strong command of front‑end web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript; familiarity with back‑end (PHP, SQL or other relevant languages) is a plus.
- Knowledge of technical SEO and web best practices, GEO, Structured Data.
- SEO & Analytics Tools: proven knowledge of technical SEO and proficiency with web analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console) and tag management systems (Google Tag Manager).
- Proficient with ticketing tools (Jira) and web analytics tools.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken French and English.
- Meticulous, detail‑oriented, and able to work in a team within a dynamic environment.
- Problem‑Solver: a proactive and analytical mindset with a strong ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues.
