Vos missions

  • BasĂ©(e) sur notre site de Tunis, vous intĂ©grerez l’équipe Information Systems, composĂ©e actuellement de 22 collaborateurs et en pleine croissance.
  • Votre rĂ´le sera de prendre en charge les demandes de support IT Ă©manant des autres employĂ©s du groupe de la zone Europe.
  • D’une grande rigueur, vous serez responsable du triage des tickets de support enregistrĂ©s dans notre outil, et de la rĂ©solution de certaines demandes selon vos affinitĂ©s.
  • Vous maintiendrez une Knowledge Base permettant d’amĂ©liorer notre support utilisateur.
  • Vos clients seront les employĂ©s du groupe localisĂ©s en France, Allemagne, Pays-Bas, Royaume-Uni.
  • Un bon niveau d’anglais est demandĂ© pour ce poste.

Profil recherché

  • Issu(e) d’un BAC+2 de prĂ©fĂ©rence.
  • Bonne connaissance des systèmes Windows 10, matĂ©riel de bureautique.
  • Notions rĂ©seaux/administration d’un rĂ©seau local avec Microsoft Active Directory.
  • Solide niveau d’anglais, français.
