We are seeking a People & Payroll Administrator with 1-2 years experience in HR to join our established team.

The Role

  • People
  • Support Head of HR in any employee engagement activities
  • Run and manage employee council
  • Manage and help run socials
  • Support and co‑coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events
  • Support all UK Questel employees
  • HR
    • HR administration including management of employee files, making sure they’re up to date
    • Assisting with amendments to HR templates and policies
    • Assisting with GDPR activities
    • Supporting benefit administration
    • Monitor and track probationary periods and appraisals
  • Payroll
    • Process end‑to‑end payroll for multiple locations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
    • Maintain payroll records, employee data, and related documentation
    • Collaborate with payroll provider and Finance teams to reconcile payroll discrepancies
    • Handle payroll‑related inquiries from employees
    • Prepare payroll reports and assist with audits or internal reporting
