We are seeking a technically minded professional to join our team as a Product Configuration Specialist (IP SaaS) focused on Pre-Sales activities for our flagship IP Management Systems, Equinox Law Firm, Equinox Corporate (ELC) and Equinox Law Firm+ (ELF+). In this role, you will act as a technical pre-sales enabler, supporting Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and sales teams by preparing, configuring, and maintaining trial environments for prospects. You will translate high-level business and functional requirements into well-configured demonstration accounts that showcase product capabilities and value.
This position requires strong product knowledge, technical configuration skills, and the ability to support sales cycles by ensuring trials are accurate, relevant, and ready for use. The role demands attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a collaborative mindset.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Technical Expertise & Pre-Sales Configuration
- Become a subject matter expert in Equinox Corporate (EC), Equinox Law Firm (ELF) and Equinox Law Firm+ (ELF+).
- Prepare, configure and maintain trial accounts for prospects, aligned with sales and SME requirements.
- Configure system features, data, and settings to support effective product demonstrations.
- Apply basic scripting of technical configuration where appropriate to enhance trial environments.
- Perform quality assurance testing to ensure trial accounts are accurate, stable, and representative of real-world use cases.
- Pre-Sales Support & Collaboration
- Support SMEs and sales teams during the pre-sales phase by translating business scenarios into configured trial environments.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure trials meet prospect expectations and sales objectives.
- Assist in refining demo and trial best practices to improve consistency and efficiency across sales engagements.
- Continuous Improvement & Internal Contributions
- Maintain and update trial templates and standard configurations.
- Contribute to internal documentation related to trial setup, configuration standards, and product capabilities.
- Participate in internal initiatives, special projects, and other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field or equivalent work experience required.
- Technically minded individual with experience in technology gained through professional work, academic studies or a combination.
- 2+ years' experience with software configuration or equivalent technical role desired but not mandatory.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook and similar productivity tools.
- Knowledge of computer programming, database structures desired but not mandatory.
- Excellent written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills, and ability to interact diplomatically with all levels of law firm and corporate personnel.
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Articulating complex technical concepts in an understandable way to clients and stakeholders.
- Adjusting to new challenges and changes in technology or project requirements swiftly.
