We’re looking for an enthusiastic and client-focused Onboarding Co-ordinator to join our Equinox team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a technical mindset and a passion for working with clients to build a career in the Intellectual Property industry.

The Equinox product: an IP management software for law firms and corporates around the world. Our system helps IP professionals seamlessly manage the protection of their intellectual property portfolio.

This role will include:

  • Successfully onboard new clients on to the Equinox Corporate / Law Firm IP Management System platform
  • Lead client onboarding journeys from contract signature through successful go-live
  • Act as the primary point of contact during onboarding phases
  • Develop onboarding schedule and timelines
  • Conduct discovery sessions with Clients to assess their requirements for being Onboarded onto the system
  • Deliver product training sessions to end users
  • Configure technical solutions to meet client requirements
  • Become an expert in our flagship Intellectual Property Management System; Equinox Corporate / Law Firm
  • Work both independently and as part of a team on a range of onboarding projects
  • Work closely with clients to ensure a successful system implementation
  • Work to regular client deadlines & internal deadlines
  • Carry out ad hoc system configuration tasks and trainings for existing clients
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure seamless client experience

The successful candidate must be:

  • Self-motivated, technically minded, pro-active and an excellent communicator
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Empathy and relationship-building
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented
  • Fluency in English AND French or German. Spanish would be good to have as well
  • An excellent ability to manage time and work to deadlines
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft office, Project Management tools, communication tools
  • Good organization skills
