Questel is seeking an enthusiastic Onboarding Co-ordinator to join the Equinox team in Leeds. In this role, you will onboard new clients to the Equinox Corporate / Law Firm IP Management System and serve as the primary contact during the onboarding process.
Your responsibilities include developing onboarding schedules, delivering product training, and collaborating with various teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Fluency in English is essential, with additional language skills in French or German highly desirable.
