Position Overview
Onboarding new customers' full IP portfolio. Reboarding existing customers prior to using the Connect interface or after migrating to a new IPMS. Provides support to other operational teams by updating data in the PAVIS database.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Validates new customer data accurately and thoroughly.
- Converts incoming data to the standard format of the PAVIS system.
- Actively supports new customers during the migration process.
- Implements or initiates software adjustments, tool enhancements, or interface developments depending on technical expertise.
- Collaborates closely with various onboarding teams and external software engineers.
- Documents and reports internal processes.
Knowledge (Hard Skills)
- Basic knowledge of IP rights data, mainly bibliographic data to maintain/retain IP rights.
- Very good understanding of operational onboarding processes and data requirements.
- Great attention to detail and results-driven approach.
- Basic knowledge of IP rights renewal processes.
Soft Skills
- Should be comfortable in fast-paced or high-pressure environments.
- Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
