Warwick | Office-based Full-time (Early finish on Fridays)

I’m recruiting on behalf of a well-established UK manufacturing business, part of a long-standing, family‑owned group, who are looking to add a Senior Sales Support Executive to their sales support team in Warwick. This role is not a sales position. It’s suited to someone who enjoys working with detail, figures and specifications, supporting bids, quotations and tenders across public and private sector customers.

The Role

  • Producing accurate customer quotations to specification and deadline
  • Supporting public sector tenders, including UK council contracts
  • Providing day-to-day support to field-based Sales Managers
  • Configuring customer solutions using internal systems
  • Liaising closely with technical teams on product options
  • Managing multiple quotes and bids through to order confirmation

The Ideal Candidate

Essential:

  • Experience producing quotations end-to-end
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple deadlines
  • Proficient in Excel and Word

Desirable:

  • Exposure to tenders or bidding processes
  • Experience in a technical, engineering or manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of vehicle, waste or recycling sectors

Training on products and systems will be provided.
