We are a growing recruitment business specialising in engineering and automotive maintenance, delivering high-quality temporary, permanent and contract solutions to clients across the UK. With a strong client base and continued growth, we are looking to bring in an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to build and develop a successful desk.
The Role
This is a 360 recruitment role with the autonomy to run your desk and maximise your earnings. You will:
- Proactively win new business and develop client relationships
- Manage and expand existing accounts
- Source, interview and place candidates across temp, perm and contract roles
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy to placement
- Negotiate rates and terms to maximise revenue
- Build a strong, consistent pipeline of candidates and opportunities
