We are recruiting for an experienced CAD /CAM Programmer to work for our client in Leeds, West Yorkshire.
The duties of a CNC Programmer CAD/CAM include:
- Creating CAD models
- Converting 3D models and/or 2D drawings and programming for CNC routers
- Reading engineering drawings
- Using 3D SolidWorks for 3D modeling and Alphacam for the CNC router programming
Office based.
Essential experiences & skills:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working within a high precision manufacturing background
- Knowledge of Fusion 360, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, RhinoCAM, or similar CAD/CAM platforms
- Excellent communication skills
The hours are permanent, full time. Days: Monday – Friday 7am – 3.30pm.
Pay: The annual pay rate is between £28k-£37k, depending on skill and experience.
