We are recruiting for a CNC Machinist to work for our client who are in Bradford, West Yorkshire.
THE DUTIES OF A CNC MACHINIST:
- Programming, Setting and operating CNC machines (milling and turning).
- Producing high precision work.
- Reading engineering drawings.
- Experienced working with Siemens or Fanuc controls.
- Experienced in Edge Cam – an advantage.
- Experience of working with a variety of materials (including plastics, aluminium, and stainless steel).
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCES & SKILLS:
- Minimum 2 years' experience working within a high precision manufacturing background.
- Excellent communication skills.
THE HOURS: Working on days Monday to Thursday: 8am – 4:30pm / Friday 8am-3.30pm = 39 hours per week.
THE PAY: You will earn an hourly rate of up to £20 an hour depending on experience.
