Questech are recruiting on behalf of our well-established client who are looking for a Semi Skilled Fitter.

Location: Worksop

Hours: 37 hours per week | Monday to Thursday | Between 06:00 – 16:30

Hourly Rate: Up to £15.85 ph

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow build procedures, drawings, and instructions accurately
  • Work to takt times and complete daily time sheets
  • Take ownership of your own quality and inspect your work
  • Use the correct PPE and promote good housekeeping
  • Support team members and assist with other operations as needed
  • Be flexible and willing to move between departments when required
  • Maintain punctuality, discipline, and a positive attitude

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in production assembly or manufacturing environments
  • Health & safety awareness and ability to follow procedures
  • Capable of working to operation/takt times
  • Able to record activities and complete documentation accurately
  • Self-motivated with a “can-do” attitude and team spirit
  • Willing to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks
  • Experience in body building, coach building, or reading engineering drawings is a bonus
  • Flexible with working hours and available for overtime when required
