This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Workshop Controller to join a company where people come first. You\’ll be part of a supportive, close-knit team that takes pride in their work, providing top quality maintenance and repair services.
Key details include:
- £45,000 per year
- Mon-Fri: 07:00-15:30 / Mon-Fri: 15:30-00:00 (Rotating)
- Sat: 07:00-12:00 (2 out of 4 weeks)
The Role:
- Daily running of the workshop, managing a team of technicians to ensure work is carried out correctly and efficiently.
- Develop and support technicians, providing on the job guidance as well as input into their training requirements.
- Work closely with service advisors to manage workload while delivering excellent customer service.
- Support the service manager in delivering operational excellence and key performance tasks.
