Site Production Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations on site for one of our clients in the Doncaster area.

Shifts:

06:00 – 18:00 (rolling 4 on 4 off shifts)

Salary:

£16ph – £20ph (depending on experience)

Duties:

* Meet production targets for both quality and quantity

* Complete production and batch reporting accurately

* Carry out all required pre-use checks

* Maintain high performance standards

* Monitor, control, and optimise daily site activities

* Follow all HSE and PPE requirements

* Work in line with ISO and management system standards

* Report any issues or concerns to the Site Manager

* Ensure operatives complete SSOW, Risk Assessments, and COSHH documentation

* Communicate professionally with colleagues, management, and directors

* Complete shift reports on time

* Coordinate plant operations with inbound/outbound loads and business needs

* Use plant and machinery safely and correctly

* Report hazards, accidents, and near misses promptly

* Oversee contractor permits and ensure they are closed out properly

Skills:

* Experience working in a manufacturing or processing plant

* Strong organisational and leadership skills

* Good communication xiskglj and interpersonal abilities

* Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills

* Experience operating mobile plant (FLT, loading shovel, 360 grab)

* Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar role

* Good standard of written and verbal English

* Computer literate and confident using email
