We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Field Service Controller to join a busy and fast‑paced service operation based in Croydon. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys leading a team, and takes pride in delivering a high level of service to customers.
The Role
You’ll play a key role in coordinating field service activity and ensuring everything runs smoothly day to day. This includes:
- Acting as the main point of contact for customers, engineers, and suppliers
- Managing and prioritising service jobs, including breakdowns and VORs
- Supporting, mentoring, and leading a team of service controllers
- Handling escalations and resolving issues quickly and professionally
- Monitoring KPIs, workload, and work‑in‑progress
- Ensuring all systems, admin, and documentation are kept accurate and up to date
