We’re recruiting on behalf of our client, who are a leading manufacturing business. This role is working for a business that are expanding and have impressive plans to grow. The Person: * Experienced in an Administration role before. * Effective communicator with internal team and customers. * Experience with Microsoft office packages. * Have worked as a: Administrator, Import Administrator, Business Administrator or any form of Administration role before. The Role: * Support your Line Manager in the implementation of overall commercial and Service strategy. * Effective order management of stock and site orders to conclusion of order. * Ensure satisfactory customer service levels, support, and contact. * Ensure customer queries and complaints are appropriately dealt with. They are escalated where necessary and brought to a satisfactory conclusion with regards order facilitation. * Work with transport partner to ensure a deliverable and cost-effective service within stated delivery periods and equal or improve OTIF and Customer Satisfaction levels. * Work with Supply Chain / Operations with regards to product availability ensuring agreed service levels of product availability can be met. * Ensuring customer service levels and resolutions are effectively handled and satisfactorily resolved. * Minimise our ‘Costs to Serve’. This role is working Monday to Friday, 8:30 am until 5pm (M-THU) and on Friday 8:15 until 3:30pm. This role is paying up to £25k. Contact Shaun Treacy for more information
