Our client is a well-established and successful manufacturer. They are looking for an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support the delivery of a range of projects across the business. You will work closely with Project Managers, stakeholders and external partners to ensure tasks are completed on time, risks are managed, and project documentation is kept up to date.
Salary: Up to 35,000 depending on experience
Hours of work: Monday Thursday, 8.30am 5.00pm, and Friday 8.30am 4.30pm

- Experience in a project support or administrative role is essential
- Experience of working on supporting projects for either a Manufacturing or Engineering company
- Customer focused, polite and professional at all times
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive approach with strong attention to detail
Key Responsibilities:
- Support project planning, scheduling and reporting
- Track project progress, milestones and deadlines
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and take minutes
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records
