Our client is a well-established and successful manufacturer, they are looking for an experienced Production Operative to join their team. The intention for the role will be to eventually progress to become a Process Leader in the future. This is a permanent role upon completion of 3 months probation (temporary to permanent).
Salary: Β£35,340 (includes shift allowance of Β£3,302)
Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off, 12 hour shifts, Days and Nights on rotation (6am β 6pm / 6pm β 6am)

- You are looking for a role with progression to a Team Leader role in the future, timescales are not confirmed as yet, you must be willing to work at a Production Operative level until further notice.
- You have extensive experience in a Production / Manufacturing company in a similar hands-on manufacturing role.
- You drive and have your own transport (Essential due to the location of the company).
- You are willing to work the shifts shown above.
Responsibilities:
- As a Production Operative, you will operate as a flexible, co-operative and effective team member in order to meet factory production demands, ensuring that customer needs are always met.
- You will strive to consistently meet production targets whilst at the same time ensuring that work always adheres to the required quality standards.
- To constructively participate in team meetings and team briefings, always looking for continuous improvement.
- Assist in the training and development of new starters.
This job would suit someone with experience of working a hands-on role in a manufacturing or production environment.
