Questech Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of an established manufacturing business in Pontefract who are looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their engineering team. Location: Pontefract Salary: £42,500 per annum Shift: 4 on 4 off – Days The Role * Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across the site * Electrical and mechanical fault finding on manufacturing machinery * Responding to breakdowns and minimising production downtime * Carrying out PPMs and ensuring machinery is maintained to a high standard * Fault finding on motors, sensors, inverters and other electrical components * Mechanical maintenance including hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings and gearboxes * Supporting continuous improvement and engineering projects * Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with site procedures The Candidate * Experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer * Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment * Recognised engineering qualification – ideally NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent * Confident with both electrical and mechanical fault finding * Strong breakdown and preventative maintenance experience * Comfortable working a 4 on 4 off day shift If you’re a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer looking for your next opportunity in Pontefract, apply today or get in touch with Holly at Questech Recruitment for more information
