Job description: Operations Manager Warehouse Salary: 50,000 per annum Shift: 2:00pm 10:00pm / Monday to Friday Location: BD12 Oakenshaw The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced and driven Operations Manager to take overall responsibility for the leadership and performance of a busy, fast-paced warehouse operation processing up to 70,000 parcels per day. This is a highly operational, manual and fast-moving environment where pace, accuracy, people leadership and problem-solving are critical to success. You will have direct reports consisting of Shift Managers and will take responsibility for overall shift leadership, performance and reporting.
