- Night Shift Manager
- Salary: £40,000 Hours: 10pm – 6am Days: Sunday – Thursday Location: BD12, Oakenshaw
The Role
We are looking for a strong and confident Night Shift Manager to take ownership of a challenging, fast-paced warehouse operation.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for leading the team, driving performance and maintaining high standards throughout the night.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage and motivate the night shift team.
- Set and drive KPIs alongside Shift Supervisors.
- Monitor productivity, attendance and performance.
- Train, coach and develop staff.
- Manage disciplinary and performance issues.
- Maintain high standards and hold people accountable.
- Lead from the front and drive a strong performance culture.
- Provide clear shift reporting to senior management.
About You
You'll need to be a strong, authoritative leader who isn't afraid of difficult conversations.

- Previous warehouse or operational management experience.
- Strong people-management and leadership skills.
- Experience managing KPIs and performance.
- Confidence handling disciplinary processes.
