Questech Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a reliable and motivated Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join a well-established and growing operation. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent role offering a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and long-term career stability.

The Salary: Up to £51,623

The Shifts: 4 On / 4 Off shift pattern (2 days 2 nights 4 off)

Other Key Information:

  • 25 days holiday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating and monitoring production/process equipment
  • Carrying out routine inspections and basic maintenance tasks
  • Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed at all times
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
  • Completing production records and shift reports accurately
  • Working collaboratively within the shift team to achieve operational targets

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a manufacturing, production, engineering, or process environment preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Ability to work effectively within a shift-based environment
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexible and proactive approach to work
