Our client is a well-established and successful manufacturer. They are looking for an experienced Machine Operative / Production Operative to join their busy manufacturing team. PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS: * You consider yourself to be physically fit, as standing for 12 hours is a requirement of the job. * Solid experience of working as a Production Operator / Manufacturing Operative in a continuous manufacturing environment (at least 3 years). * Experience of working with large manufacturing machinery is ideal (any experience in plastic manufacturing would be ideal, but not essential, e.g. Injection Moulding / Plastic Extrusion). * Experience of general quality checking finished products, with an eye for detail. * Experience of working to production targets, and doing all necessary to ensure these are met. * Happy to work 12 hours shifts, days and nights on rotation.
