Questech Automotive are currently looking for an experienced Warranty Claims Assessor to review, validate, and process warranty claims in line with policy and manufacturer guidelines. You will investigate claim accuracy, liaise with internal teams and partners, and help ensure fair, timely outcomes. This is working for an industry leading client who has an excellent working environment, close knit friendly team and focus on progression and development for all staff.
What you’ll do:
- Assess and approve or reject warranty claims using software to process in line with policy terms
- Liaise with customers and workshops via telephone and email about their repairs
- Check costs for parts and labour and source parts where appropriate
- Identify discrepancies, fraud, or policy breaches
- Communicate decisions clearly and professionally
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in warranty claims, insurance, or a similar assessment role
- Mechanical and industry knowledge and experience is required (Service, Parts advisor, Technician etc)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Confident decision-making and clear written communication
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm including 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am to 4pm.
Pay: Your basic annual salary will be circa £30k with OTE taking you up to £37.5k per annum.
