Questech Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 2 Driver to work for a well-established environmental services company based just outside of Launceston
The Role
You will be responsible for
- Driving Class 2 vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Collecting and transporting waste and recycling materials.
- Completing daily vehicle checks.
- Following planned routes and site instructions.
- Ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
- Following health and safety procedures at all times.
- Assisting with loading duties when required.
Requirements
Successful applicants must have
- A valid Class 2 (Category C) driving licence.
- A valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
- Previous Class 2 driving experience.
- A good understanding of drivers’ hours and working-time regulations.
- Waste or refuse experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
- A reliable and professional approach to work.
- Hours
Monday to Friday with an alternate Saturday. 7am start each day until finish, work circa 42.5 hours a week.
- Pay
- £20per hour - £24per Hour
