Questech Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Site Services Engineer for one of our established clients based in Hull. The purpose of this role is to support the engineering team and the designated plant and equipment sufficiently to enable the business to operate.
The Pay: 50,019 Per Year.
The Shifts: Monday to Friday Days Around the hours of (Apply online only) (May be some flexibility to start and finish time)
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain plant and equipment to optimum standards safely with minimum downtime
- Liaise with all levels of management across all functions relating to engineering activities on the plan or breakdowns
- Ensure high standards of housekeeping are maintained
- Ensure that all health and safety and food hygiene procedures are adhered to at all times
- To undertake any training courses as the need of the business dictates
- Ensure the efficient usage of spare parts, consumables and equipment
- Any administrative duties as required in the fulfilment of the engineering plan
- To decrease time lost due to breakdowns
- Satisfactory completion of the engineering plan, designated areas and equipment
- Ensure that the boilers are serviced and running
- Working with ammonia and the ability to reset the system
- Make sure the air compressors are serviced, filtered and cleaned
- Ability to strip, clean, put together the pumps
