Questech Recruitment are recruiting for a skilled and proactive Electrical Maintenance Engineer to support the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our clients growing engineering team. This is a hands-on role working in a fast-evolving environment focused on innovation, sustainability, and reliability. You’ll be responsible for ensuring electrical systems and equipment are maintained to the highest standards of safety, performance, and compliance.

Shifts: The client operates a 4 on 4 off rota working days & nights 12 hour shifts.

Salary: Up to £47,210 (Depending On Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across site
  • Diagnose and fault-find on electrical systems, panels, motors, drives, and control equipment
  • Install, test, and commission new electrical equipment as required
  • Ensure all work complies with relevant regulations and safety standards
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and energy efficiency projects
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
  • Liaise with contractors and other engineering disciplines when required

About You:

  • Time-served Electrical Engineer or equivalent qualification
  • NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Electrical Engineering (or similar)
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (preferred)
  • Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or facilities environment
